If you have a backup of your website before the hacking that you can use, you can restore your website with that – you will need to have a backup of your files and the database. If you don’t have a recent backup, how well you can restore your website to what it was before the hacking depends on how the hacking affected your website files and database. You would need to check if your server still has your website content files (not the software files, which can be fixed by reinstalling), and the database has your post content, comments, etc. If it does, the way to fix your website would be to remove all files from your WordPress folder outside of the wp-content folder. Upload the WordPress software files to your server again. Check all the files in your wp-content folder for changes/hacks. Remove any extra files added from the hacking. Check your WordPress database for any changes that have been made, and reverse them.
