Do you want your website to be found? Do you want your website accessible from smartphones and tablets, besides the home computer or laptop? Then you shouldn’t develop your website in Flash. If you want your website to be big, your website shouldn’t be in Flash.
Flash is like Paula Deen’s cooking – it is very heavy with lots of butter and fat. It might taste good and look good, but you can’t have it everywhere and all the time – it won’t work. You can have a faster loading website without Flash. If you think you cannot have a pretty website without Flash, you are wrong. All the animations and transitions you can do in Flash you can do in other programming languages such as javascript, which is what our software UltimateWB uses for flash-like content too.
