I would use UltimateWB. It’s the best website builder no matter what type of website you are building because it is so flexible, with a lot of built-in apps that are very customizable. It even has a built-in sitemap tool. You can use the built-in Articles app to post your articles to your website. You can use the styles manger to create your own unique design for your website.
