Thanks for posting! You would need UltimateWB Full for the classifieds app / other built-in social networking apps. You can use your already purchased domain name with it, and just point the domain nameservers to the web hosting you choose (the domain name or web hosting company can help you with that if you don't know how).
We do offer web hosting packages at https://www.ultimatewb.com/domain-names-web-hosting . You can start with the lowest package listed, the Starter plan, and then upgrade as necessary. All UltimateWB web hosting packages include free professional installation of the purchased software onto your web hosting.
Alternatively, you can choose to host with another web host that meets the server requirements, as listed at https://www.ultimatewb.com/server-requirements . You can find the software install instructions / video at https://www.ultimatewb.com/installation . And we do also offer free tech support, besides an option to purchase a software install service at https://www.ultimatewb.com/pro-services .
So the costs would be:
UltimateWB Full software: $249, one-time cost, includes 1 year free software updates, with option to buy software upgrade after that (which is currently $49/year)
If hosting at UltimateWB: starting from $3.99-$4.99/month

We do also offer web design packages for those not wanting to create their own website, but be able to manage it still from their UltimateWB website admin panel: https://www.ultimatewb.com/pro-services#webdesign . For a classifieds website, we would recommend at least the Medium package.
