Sure, you can order the software and try to do it yourself first.  We do offer free tech support, so please also feel free to ask questions as you work on your website too.

If you do decide for us to build it, we can do that too.  Regarding how many pages your website would be, did you check out the Web Design Packages Info page at https://www.ultimatewb.com/web-design-packages-info (it is under the "Purchase & Download" tab at ultimatewb.com)?  Anyways, we can also help you decide which package you need based on your project specifications.
