No, UltimateWB is a different platform than WordPress. We just have integrated WordPress into the UltimateWB platform as a blog option, so that you can update the blog style with the UltimateWB Styles Manager, and the header/footer with the UltimateWB CMS.
Not sure what the purpose of the WordPress ads plugin would be - why not just use the UltimateWB Ad(d)s app? Here is the user manual topic on it: https://www.ultimatewb.com/adds-app .
