Setting up Credits System, Purchase Credits page, link to PayPal account
I am trying to figure out the credit system and how members would purchase credits.  I made a page called Purchase Credits then put the place holder txt to buy credits on it but it doesn't work and I don't know how to have it link to a PayPal account.  It just goes to the home page when I click 'buy now'...help lol

You need to set up the View Cart page and the Checkout page on the E-commerce Configurations page - here you can also set your paypal email address to receive the payments.  This is under the Configure Site > E-Commerce page.
