E-commerce app: count sales for products without inventory count

On the e-commerce app, will it be able to count sales for individual products without putting an amount in the inventory section?

Yes, there is a "Purchases" field on the E-Commerce > List Items > Edit Item page - that keeps track of how many sales you got of the product.
