"##memberinfophotomemberinfo##" placeholder text - this displays the profile picture for the user, to be used on the custom public profile page. To edit it, the user would go on the edit profile page.
To set up the edit profile page to edit fields, you would copy/paste the placeholder text ##profileinclude##, which you have on your edit profile page.
I set up a test account on your website...
1) For the public profile page, I would add some margin/padding to the left - it is very close to the left edge - you can do this on the page itself, or on the Styles Manager.
2) On the Admin Panel, Social Configurations page, you set the Edit Profile page to your Public Profile page. This should be set to your Edit Profile page to work correctly with all the functions, such as resetting the password.
3) Updating the Profile Picture/Avatar - you have this setting to "No" on the Admin Panel, Social Configurations page:
To allow users to edit the profile picture - and to have a profile picture - , you should set this to Yes.
