On the Report section on the Admin Panel > Configure Site > Social Networking page, you can choose to use the Report Feature. You can use it as a useful tool against spam and automatically inactivating comments and/or members that receive a certain number of reports - you can set this value here. You can also set the weight to put on reports by website visitors vs members, in calculating how many reports a comment gets, to then be inactivated.
When a comment gets removed by the Community based on reports of it, the member may receive an email notification, if you have that setting on, under the Notifications settings on the Confiigure Site > Social Networking > Email Notifications page, like in the Comment Reply Notifications. Similarly, you can choose the language of the email content there too.
You can review and inactivate/delete comments from your Admin Panel > Members > Member Comments page. You can also edit comments, if you need to remove something from a comment.
