The software will automatically display the menu links and footer links for the Language/Configuration the web visitor has chosen, or the default one if they have not selected a Language/Configuration (you set the default on the Add/Edit Language/Config admin panel pages). You can choose on the Add/Edit pages whether the page belongs to All Languages/Configurations, or a specific one.
And when the website visitor switches languages/configs, they will be redirected to the compatible webpage as described above, so you will want to name your webpage urls accordingly. For example, for your contact page in English, you may want to choose the page url "contact", and then for the same page in Spanish, you would add the language abbreviation suffix to the page url, i.e. "contact_spa".
