You can get the Placeholder Text for your Languages/Configs Switch Menu on the Admin Panel > Configure Site > Languages/Configs page.  Sylize the menu how you want it, choosing the options from the menus, and then copy the Placeholder Text provided there and paste it on the Add/Edit Page(s) where you want the menu to display.  You can click on the "Stylize more here" link to further stylize the menu.  You choose which Languages/Configs display in the menu on the Add/Edit Language/Config form.
