When a user logs into your website for the first time, i.e. registers, via their Facebook or Google account, a username and password is generated for them, to use if they want to log into your website using it, rather than through the Facebook Login or Google Login.  You can also add a cusotmized message to email automatically upon registration confirmation.  Members registering via their Facebook or Google account automatically have an active account.
